We let qualified prospects go through an educational video. It’s a very short 10 minutes and we have them book a meeting with the advisor themselves. They go to the advisor’s calendar; they pick a date in the time with qualifying questions and if they qualify, they get the advisor’s calendar without having another person in the process, which may slow things down. We can literally double or triple the lead flow the advisors have in about a few days. Instead of us having to go and hire two or three more people to go and book the calls for them, and set the appointments for them, we literally just need to bump up the ad spend and that bumps up the appointments they have without any delay. More speed makes it more efficient and helps the advisor scale, knowing that there’s not going to be any compliance issues, there’s not going to be any unpredictable behavior from the appointment setters, and only serious prospects book on the advisor’s calendar.
