The number one book I suggest you read is Traction. It’s more about management and how to operate the business. The second book is Developing The Leaders Around You by John Maxwell. That’s more of a leadership book. It goes into more of the qualitative areas, how to have conversation with people and how to have the right mindset as a leader who’s attracting high caliber of people into your business and retaining them. Also attracting better and better talents over time.
