Extreme Ownership: The Second Pillar of Entrepreneurial Success

The 2nd trait that very successful entrepreneurs have is extreme ownership. If they see something is broken, they don’t ask “why is this broken”, they ask “what can I do to help fix it?”

It’s a more helpful attitude to have when dealing with people we work with, etc. They look at the problem, they take extreme ownership, and say “this is a problem, I need to go and find a way to how they can help solve this thing.” Maybe they’re having the action themselves. But they have that attitude that helps everybody around them to think of more creative ways to go and solve the problem.
